This hotel offers a great breakfast selection and is located in a peaceful area with easy access to shopping malls and a supermarket.

The service was very good, that made the hotel great value place. The standard twin room was modern looking, included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and shower caps. Stunning and unbeatable location, it was minutes from a subway station.

It was a very very good stay for the 2 nights, recommend this hotel. The property was clean, the room was modern looking and well-maintained. We had a spacious bedroom.

The setting was quiet and magnificent, making it a wonderful retreat. It was just a short walk to the center of Shanghai and the vibrant Xujiahui commercial district. Plus, the proximity to the subway stations made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. a fantastic location!

Our room had a soft bed and a particularly good view. There was a good bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was not far from subway stations, the river/garden, and the Suzhou River. The employees at the property were nice and pleasant: D

Location: the hotel was near Close to the tube and shoes, city centre and a Carrefour supermarket. Everything here was brand-new, I would come here again.

The hotel was extremely clean and modern and walking distance to the subway. Very upmarket.

The staff were very cold and not very helpful regarding questions and directions to locations around the city.

Things that we did not like: 1) Staff refused to serve us because we dont speak Chinese so we were being ignored. 2) The hotel supposed to be non smoking but their staff do smoke inside the hotel made the complaint but didn't see any improvement. 3) Breakfast: the sausages and hams are coloured you can see the red coming out not for human. 4) The whole hotel only have one set of baby bed sheet, they just didnt change it even the baby bed was dirty. 5) The coffee cups was dirty didn't really wash by the house keeping. 6) House keeping cleaned the table with her hands not a cloth. We regret to stay there and we had to canceled a meeting due to the staff (SAM LI) refused to help us to arrange a taxi, instead he decided to help the local only.

I greatly enjoyed the cool and comfy room with decent beds. The location was marvelous and pleasant, especially for first-time visitors to Shanghai. The service, in my opinion, was good.

I liked that everything was ok to international standarts. Not excellent, but good! Satisfaction and my best wishes.

The worst hotel I ever been in Shanghai.

They offered me a broken door room !!! The beverages machine was broken and the closest shop to buy a Coca Cola was at 1 km !!!
